Our Women's Only Fitness Blast course specialises in over 30-year-old females that have busy lifestyles and limited time, helping de-stress from responsibilities like young children and high stressful careers. Also helping people lose those extra pounds from the postpartum baby weight, and perimenopausal and overweight females by group exercise and HIIT Training building confidence strength and weight loss also nutritional education and diet advice
weekly weigh-ins and WhatsApp support group.

What Our Nutrional Guide Is All About 

Here at Sports Performance Centre, we believe that to get the best out of life, we should lead a healthy lifestyle.
Following the eat well guide, eating at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetable's every day, monitoring and reducing sugar intake, and eliminating processed foods.
It is proven that if we do this together with getting a minimum of 30 mins exercises 3 times a week. It will improve our quality of life and reduce the likelihood of many major health issues. Such as Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Hypertension, Obesity, Strokes and even Heart Attacks.
We specialise in specific tailor-made programs, exercise groups for both adults and children, through a varied of bodyweight exercises, strength training, and martial arts programs. Bringing communities together through exercise will not only help you lose weight and be healthier but will also improve your Mental and Physical Health. Making you feel more confident and improving self-esteem.
